1. Who we are

Food on Fire Barbeque & Grill ("Food on Fire", "we", "us") is a restaurant located at 3rd Floor, Above Zudio, Naimnagar, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Telangana 506001, India. FSSAI License Number: 13622005000694. These terms govern your use of our website foodonfire.in and our mobile app (together, the "Platform") to order food for delivery. By using the Platform you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (name, delivery address, contact number) and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Menu, prices and taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes (GST) and any delivery fee are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an order is confirmed once it is placed successfully (and, for online payment, once payment is verified).
• For online payment, the payment window is 5 minutes — unpaid orders expire automatically and nothing is charged.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, your location is outside our delivery area, or for operational reasons. If we cancel a paid order you receive a full refund (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).

5. Payment

You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or by Cash on Delivery. Online payments are processed entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card or banking credentials.

6. Delivery

• We deliver within approximately 6 km of our outlet in Hanamkonda/Warangal. The checkout map confirms whether your address is serviceable.
• Delivery is FREE for orders of ₹499 or more (items subtotal, before coupons). Below that, a distance-based delivery fee applies and is shown before you pay.
• Delivery times shown are estimates. Weather, traffic and demand can affect them; you can track your order live on the Platform.

8. Coupons and offers

Coupons and promotional offers have no cash value, may carry an expiry date, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. A coupon issued to a specific customer can only be used by that customer, once.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform — including placing fraudulent or hoax orders, abusing offers, attempting to interfere with the Platform's operation, or harassing our staff or delivery partners. We may suspend accounts involved in misuse.

10. Intellectual property

The Food on Fire name, logo, photographs and Platform content belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page with its effective date; continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Warangal, Telangana.
